An independent laboratory equipped with spectrometers, film thickness gauges, salt spray test chambers, wind load test stands, and other equipment. Strictly implement three inspection checkpoints – “first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection” – to ensure zero defects for shipped products.
Deployed ERP + MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to realize digital traceability throughout the entire process from order placement to finished product warehousing. For each product batch, the raw material heat number, operating machine, and quality inspection records can be traced backward.
Leveraging 22 extrusion lines and 6 powder coating lines to achieve in-house profile production and self-controlled coating. Automated cutting, punching, and assembly equipment are introduced to reduce human error. An online monitoring system tracks key parameters such as temperature and pressure in real time, ensuring consistent mechanical properties and surface adhesion for every meter of aluminum.
